Accessibility Statement
Anixa Biosciences, Inc. is committed to making its websites accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Last updated June 2026.
1. Our commitment
Anixa Biosciences, Inc. (“Anixa,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our content available to as many people as possible.
This statement applies to our corporate website at anixa.com and our investor relations website at ir.anixa.com (together, the “Site”).
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We treat Level AA conformance as a target and an ongoing effort rather than a one-time achievement, and portions of the Site may not yet fully meet every success criterion.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we take measures that include:
- Designing for keyboard navigation and a logical, consistent focus order;
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and visual content;
- Using semantic markup, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link to support assistive technologies such as screen readers;
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast and scalable, resizable text;
- Honoring reduced-motion preferences for users sensitive to animation; and
- Reviewing accessibility considerations as part of our design and development process.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations can include third-party documents (such as PDFs of regulatory filings or presentations), embedded media, and content provided by third-party services. Where third-party content falls short of our standards, we work with those providers to improve it and, where practical, offer an accessible alternative on request.
5. Third-party content
Parts of the Site, including investor relations resources, may rely on third-party platforms and content that we do not fully control, such as stock data, SEC filing viewers, email-alert tools, and webcasts. We select providers that share our commitment to accessibility, but we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets the same standards. If you encounter a barrier in any such content, please contact us and we will help you obtain the information you need.
6. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, or if you need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and to address the issue:
Anixa Biosciences, Inc. 3150 Almaden Expressway, Suite 250 San Jose, CA 95118 Email: info@anixa.com Telephone: 408-708-9808
Please tell us the web address (URL) of the page, the nature of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can respond as effectively as possible. We aim to acknowledge feedback within a reasonable period.
7. Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site periodically, take feedback into account, and work to incorporate accessibility improvements as the Site evolves. We will update this statement, including the “Last updated” date above, as our practices and the Site change. For related information, please also see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and visit our investor relations website.
